Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement impactful, science-backed well-being programs tailored for corporate clients, focusing on enhancing employee mental health and organizational performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their workplace well-being needs and fostering long-term engagement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in workplace well-being, continuously evolving our offerings to reflect the latest research and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to deliver exceptional content, services, and solutions that drive employee retention and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize engagement and utilization, driving innovation through improved services and new initiatives.
  • Ensure the quality and credibility of our content by maintaining rigorous standards, fact-checking, and adhering to psychological best practices.
  • Foster stakeholder engagement, advocating for workplace well-being among internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace well-being, psychology, content strategy, and program development.
  • A Master's degree in psychology with a strong professional background in mental health.
  • Proven expertise in developing and scaling well-being programs for corporate clients, with a focus on evidence-based solutions.
  • Strong client management skills, with a proactive approach to understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Deep understanding of workplace well-being, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of managing and inspiring diverse teams.
