Mica Supply Chain Sustainability Specialist

The Workplace Standard Auditor and Trainer will be responsible for supporting the growth of our initiatives in India, focusing on strengthening our support to upstream supply chain actors located in Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh.
This role will involve establishing gap assessments of mica processors and mines versus our Global Workplace Standard (GWS), co-designing corrective action plans with processors and mine owners, and supporting their implementation.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in social auditing or a related field, as well as good knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Prior experience in social auditing or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain social and environmental auditing
- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulation, Industrial EHS requirements, Quality and Production systems
This mission involves supporting the Executive Team with the below missions, covering the geographical areas of Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh:
- Supply chain sustainability management: Establish gap assessments of India mica processors and mica mines versus RMI's Global Workplace Standard (GWS).
- District level advocacy in Rajasthan: Build and maintain a network with local district governmental officers/authorities.
