Job Overview:

As our User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating seamless, minimalistic digital experiences that align with our brand identity. You'll work closely with product managers to translate ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the end-to-end design process for our website, from wireframing to high-fidelity mockups.
  • Maintain a clean, modern, and minimalistic design system that reflects our brand identity.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Optimize web interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging UX best practices and design trends.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving engagement and conversion.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing minimalistic website designs with a focus on usability and simplicity.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • A deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Experience with user research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
