This is a high-impact role where you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of reconciliation operations through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze complex data to inform project decisions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead reconciliation projects, driving process improvements and optimization.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and achieve business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for reconciliation tools and processes.
  • Facilitate forums to prioritize enhancements and defect resolution, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Evaluate and improve existing project management processes, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Assist with change management during system integrations, minimizing disruption.
  • Understand user experience to support defect troubleshooting and resolve issues efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective management and collaboration skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and a minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
