About the Job

The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing daily operations and workflow within the business group. This includes identifying missing balances, trail balances, proof differences, and resolving all variances in a timely manner. The candidate should have hands-on experience with reconciliations applications like Intellimatch and a solid understanding of the business processes involved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and workflow within the business group
  • Identify missing balances, trail balances, proof differences, and resolve all variances in a timely manner
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations across all business lines
  • Investigate any open breaks and work with business teams and external parties to resolve them
  • Prepare maintenance and control reporting for senior management and audit
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in reconciliation, preferably in investment banking or a related industry
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliations applications like Intellimatch
  • Solid understanding of business processes and procedures
