Job Opportunity:
Security Awareness SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Awareness Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact security awareness materials.
- Design, develop and deliver engaging security awareness materials, including videos, interactive modules, infographics, and campaign toolkits.
- Conduct live and digital training sessions tailored for different audiences, ensuring content is accessible and engaging.
- Explain complex security concepts in simple terms for non-technical audiences, tailoring tone and messaging for different departments and leadership levels.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to explain security or complex concepts in simple terms for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to tailor tone and messaging for different departments or leadership levels.
- Experience delivering both live and digital training sessions tailored for different audiences.
- Understanding of security fundamentals: phishing, malware, social engineering, password hygiene, etc.
- Hands-on experience with awareness platforms (Ninjio, KnowB4, Cofense, Proofpoint).
- Security certifications like SSAP or CompTIA Security+.
