A specialist in standards and regulations will work on validating security solutions for a region.
About the RoleThe role assists in implementing operational processes for security validation. It performs specific tasks to deliver reporting focused on a region, assisting with customer engagement, drafting documents, and collaborating with cross-functional team members.
- A passion for cybersecurity is essential.
- Applying industry standards and regulations experience within the financial services, payments, or technology industries is required.
- PCI Security Standards & Programs, specifically PCI DSS, experience is necessary.
- Awareness of activities performed by industry standards boards or bodies is desired.
The Site Data Protection Program (SDP) manages operational security validation. The SDP team works with Acquirers, Registered Service Providers, and internal constituents from regions and account management teams.
- Assist in operational implementation processes for SDP security validation.
- Perform specific and time-boxed tasks in support of business goals to deliver validation reporting.
- Assist more experienced colleagues with supporting Customer and Registered Service Provider engagement.
- Draft and contribute to the development of internal and external implementation documents and process flows.
- Collaborate regularly with cross-functional team members in support of regular AP region regulatory engagements involving the SDP Program.
