Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in designing transformer active parts, core frames, connections, up to 765kV transformers, reactors, and other related equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with expertise in 3D modeling, AutoCAD, and analytical tools.

Additionally, we require a good knowledge of electrical and magnetic simulation, as well as materials science and compatibility with different types of insulating oils. Experience with Wind Chill and Creo8 is an advantage.

The successful candidate must be able to provide solutions to queries from suppliers or manufacturers, and demonstrate a good understanding of Indian and international standards for transformers and reactors.
