Cloud Infrastructure Expert

We seek a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Expert to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud architectures. Your expertise will ensure our systems are resilient, secure, and cost-effective.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop cloud infrastructure designs that meet business requirements.
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates.
  • Lead containerization efforts with Docker and Kubernetes at enterprise scale.
  • Design secure cloud networking solutions, including VPCs, load balancers, firewalls, and segmentation.
  • Drive DevOps best practices through CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
  • Establish and maintain cloud security frameworks aligned with industry standards.
  • Optimize cloud spend through resource management and automation tools.
  • Design data lake and big data architectures for AI/ML workloads.
  • Develop monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Deep expertise in one or more cloud platforms.
  • Proven track record designing scalable, resilient, and highly available solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud networking, including VPC, load balancing, and firewalls.
  • Hands-on experience with IaC tools.
  • Proficiency in containerization, orchestration, and serverless technologies.
  • Solid background in DevOps practices and cloud cost optimization.
  • Knowledge of cloud security & compliance standards.
  • Experience with data lakes and big data technologies.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.

Location: This role can be based in Athens or the San Francisco Bay Area.
