As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing artificial intelligence models that drive innovation in the field of Artificial Intelligence. With 5+ years of experience, you will bring expertise in Azure document intelligence, Azure AI search, chunking, and embedding, agent framework like Lang graph/Autogen, prompting, Python, evaluation frameworks like DeelEval or Ragas using LLMs, and other relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement AI models by building and integrating them into existing systems and applications.
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies, utilizing tools and techniques like LangChain, Haystack, and prompt engineering.
  • Data preprocessing and analysis, preparing data for use in AI models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate model performance and deploy to production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, learning about new techniques, models, and frameworks.
Required Skills:
  • Strong programming skills in Python, preferably as the primary language for AI development.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs, understanding principles behind these technologies and how to use them effectively.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases, understanding how to build and use retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries, including knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, and open-source libraries.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and tokenization, optimizing prompts and managing tokenization.
  • Ability to integrate and fine-tune AI models, deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
