Job Opportunity: ServiceNow GRC Developer

We seek a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to implement and customize our Governance, Risk Management (GRC) and Information Rights Management (IRM) modules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Compliance Case Management, Business Continuity Management, Third-Party Risk Management modules, SecOps-SIR/VR modules, developing Workspaces and Portals, scripting, and integrating with third-party systems.

Candidates should possess strong technical skills and business process understanding to align GRC solutions with organizational and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize GRC/IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, TPRM, BCM, CCM, and SecOps modules.
  • Develop IRM Workspaces, Portals, forms, dashboards, and reports.
  • Build client/server-side scripts using Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
  • Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Perform system administration, upgrades, and user support.
