Site Merchandiser Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, site merchandising expert to enhance customer experience and sales performance on e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own on-site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional events for the e-commerce business.
  • Develop and execute the site merchandising calendar, including Gateway campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.
  • Track and analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
  • Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns, from wireframe development to execution.
  • Coordinate with design teams to create engaging, conversion-driven marketing assets.
  • Develop, test, and analyze new merchandising strategies to improve engagement, document results, and share best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.
  • Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
