Job Title: CAD Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced CAD design specialist to join our team. As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for creating 3D models and developing stage drawings using SolidWorks.

In this role, you will utilize your expertise in computer-aided design to prepare models as per project requirements. Your strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting and thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) will enable you to produce high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create 3D models using SolidWorks.
  • Develop stage drawings required for CNC machine shop operations.
  • Design and prepare models/drawings for jigs & fixtures.
  • Support additional engineering activities as assigned by the team lead.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D modeling using SolidWorks.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
  • Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Solid knowledge of designing fixtures for CNC machines.
  • Hands-on experience and strong understanding of CNC machining processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for technical documentation and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
