Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Banking professional with extensive expertise in Trade Settlements, Cash Settlements, Commodity Settlements, Loan Syndication, Billing and Brokerage, Trade reporting, Regulatory reporting, Reference data, Corporate actions, Security lending operations.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in the aforementioned skills and be able to apply their knowledge effectively to operational scenarios. They must have a strong business understanding of the finance industry, with a special focus on capital markets and derivatives. The candidate should be proficient with numbers, able to derive insights from data, and possess excellent multi-tasking and creative problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle clients and client calls– establish self as a valued partner.
  • Escalate issues to client and internal managers to bring issues to their attention in a short span of time to avoid client escalation
  • Build domain expertise and lead from the front.
  • Contribute to knowledge management endeavors by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams

Requirements:

  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in handling a team of minimum 25 members and has good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Develop high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope
  • Knowledge of/prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies highly preferred
  • Should be good with logical and quantitative abilities.
