Mobile Application Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mobile app development, with a demonstrated track record of designing and architecting scalable mobile solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals with 7 to 12 years of experience, including recent experience owning mobile architecture or developing large-scale features. We also encourage applications from candidates looking to restart their careers after a break, as part of our gender-neutral return-to-work program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable mobile solutions.
  • Develop large-scale mobile features.
  • Set up greenfield mobile projects.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 7-12 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
  • Strong command of native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C).
  • Proficiency in at least one cross-platform framework, such as React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform.
  • Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, offline storage mechanisms, security best practices, performance optimization, and hands-on experience in setting up greenfield mobile projects.
