Mobile Software Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development group, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop complex mobile applications using the latest technologies and tools.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  3. Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in existing applications.
  4. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  5. Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and testing.
  6. Work closely with UI/UX designers to create a great user experience.
  7. Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven software development experience in Android applications.
  • Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
  • Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
  • Experience in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
