Job Title: Data Integration Manager F/M

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Specialist to act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.

The successful candidate will oversee integration activities, manage delivery teams, handle budget management, and ensure effective communication to meet business objectives.

About The Role:

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between business users, requestors, and delivery teams to ensure effective communication and project follow-up
  • Integration Management: Oversee the planning and execution of integration projects and run activities, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with company objectives.
  • Technical Reference: Be the technical expert for BizTalk, SSIS, and Azure integration topics
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide delivery teams to complete projects on time and within scope, optimizing team productivity
  • Budget Management: Handle budgeting for the data integration landscape, ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Head of Data and Platforms on project status, risks, and resource needs
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance integration processes, implementing best practices to improve efficiency

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong skills in BizTalk and Azure integration landscape (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and/or Synapse Pipelines)

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with classical integration platforms architecture and patterns
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years in IT integration or related fields

Minimum Education Level: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
