We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining data integration workflows using SAS Data Integration Studio 4.9.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop job flows and orchestrate ETL job schedules based on business needs.">
  • Develop advanced Base SAS and SAS Macro programs for data manipulation, cleansing, validation, and reporting.">
  • Optimize SAS code for performance and maintainability.">
  • Analyze existing ETL processes and recommend improvements or refactoring for better performance and reliability.">
  • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data integration needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.">
  • Troubleshoot issues across the ETL lifecycle including data quality, performance bottlenecks, and job failures.">
  • Evaluate and implement data governance, security, and compliance requirements.">
  • Document all processes, data flows, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.">

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAS Data Integration Studio 4.9 development and job orchestration.

- Advanced SAS, SAS Macros, PROC SQL programming skills.

">

- Strong understanding of SAS architecture and libraries.

">

- ETL design techniques and data transformation best practices.

">

- Experience in writing optimized SQL queries.

">

- Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell commands.
