Lead Data Visualization Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tableau Developer with exceptional expertise in SQL to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge data visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of business intelligence (BI) best practices, advanced Tableau functionalities, and database management.
Job Overview
- This is a key role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Tableau Development: Design and develop sophisticated, visually compelling Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Optimize Tableau Dashboards: Focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and reliability to ensure seamless user experience.
- Implement Advanced Features: Leverage advanced Tableau features such as sets, parameters, LOD expressions, and custom calculations to enhance data visualizations.
- Business Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements, translate business needs into functional requirements for Tableau dashboards, and present insights and recommendations to business teams using Tableau visualizations.
- Data Management: Collaborate with data engineers to integrate Tableau with data sources, including relational databases, data warehouses, and cloud storage solutions, and support data governance by ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- SQL Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for reporting and analytics, design, develop, and maintain data models and structures for efficient query performance, and collaborate with database administrators to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online, expertise in SQL with experience writing complex queries and working with large datasets, and familiarity with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redshift, etc.).
- Qualification: Any Graduation
- Work Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai
