Job Title: Visual Merchandising Specialist

Salary: $4,200 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing product listings and promotional materials that drive sales and customer engagement.

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop creative assets for social media campaigns, newsletters, and advertisements. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all visual content meets professional standards and is compliant with platform guidelines.

You will also assist in executing online marketing strategies, including email campaigns and social media promotions. Additionally, you will research and implement new tools or plugins to enhance the customer experience and stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, etc.).
  • Write compelling product descriptions and titles with relevant keywords for SEO.
  • Manage product inventory, pricing, and promotions across platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior to improve listings.
  • Ensure all listings are accurate, visually appealing, and compliant with platform guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and web listings.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
