**Sustainability Innovation Leader**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of intelligent systems for climate and sustainability.

  • Build scalable AI agents that drive automated sustainability workflows across global supply chains and corporate operations.
  • Implement evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, factuality, and robustness.
  • Fine-tune and serve large language models (LLMs) for sustainability-specific use cases.
  • Leverage vector databases for context injection and document grounding.
  • Deploy inference stacks using vLLM, TGI, or Ollama; build modular, scalable agent architectures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, evaluate, and ship agentic systems using real-world data.
  • Develop and implement prompt engineering strategies.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to create usable and powerful AI tools.

**Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, or RAG systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, Transformers (Hugging Face), and modern GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Demonstrated ability to design, evaluate, and ship agentic systems.
