The role of an AI Engineer is multifaceted and demanding. You will be responsible for architecting and scaling intelligent agents that drive automated workflows across global supply chains and corporate operations.

  • Design and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and multi-agent workflows using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, factuality, and robustness.
  • Improve large language models for sustainability-specific use cases, ensuring speed and relevance.
  • Utilize vector databases for context injection and document grounding.
  • Deploy inference stacks using advanced techniques; build modular, scalable agent architectures.
  • Collaborate with domain experts, designers, and product teams to deliver AI tools that are both powerful and usable.

To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience building with large language models, GenAI frameworks, or RAG systems. Proficiency in Python, Transformers (Hugging Face), and modern GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) is also essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate a strong understanding of prompt engineering, context handling, and model evaluation.
