Research Executive

Job Overview:

The Research Executive is a key role in developing research skills, proposal writing, and project management. This position requires the ideal candidate to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have a strong understanding of research design, methodologies, and statistical analysis.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop research proposals that adhere to project briefs
    • Prepare robust and error-free material for fieldwork launch
  • Field Work Material Preparation:
    • Design and develop questionnaires, exploratory notes, and research stimulus materials
  • Questionnaire Preparation:
    • Learn the basics of questionnaire design, flow, filters, routing, and scales
    • Digitalize questionnaires with scripting teams
  • Project Management:
    • Understand fieldwork processes and provide comprehensive field briefings
    • Plan and prioritize project activities as per timelines
    • Coordinate with project management and field teams
  • Client Management:
    • Manage clients independently for routine matters and address queries
    • Attend client meetings, make notes, and prepare meeting minutes
  • Time Management:
    • Follow up with support teams as per timelines
    • Submit client deliverables on time
