We are seeking a seasoned automation specialist to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in designing, implementing and executing automated test strategies to ensure high-quality delivery of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks for various applications.
  • Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of software modules including data validation and ETL testing.
  • Validate APIs and integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of banking workflows (Commercial Lending, Treasury, Retail Banking).
  • Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing, etc.).
  • Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI).
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
