About our Business Process Automation Department:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Automation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise and a proven track record in automation, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Automation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time.
  • Design and Develop Solutions: Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Coding Languages: Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3. Nice to have Java (basic level).
