President Role Overview

Seeking an entrepreneurial leader to spearhead our online training initiative, driving strategic, operational and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Define and execute a forward-thinking vision for the Academy's growth, leveraging best practices in online education.
    • Promote expansion through students' acquisition, course offerings and market presence.
  • Business Development & Marketing:
    • Establish strategic partnerships with BFSI sector companies and educational institutions.
    • Drive B2B and B2C sales channels; establish training partnerships with corporates.
    • Develop and implement marketing initiatives and brand positioning in the online education market.
  • Academic and Curriculum Oversight:
    • Oversee the development of high-quality, industry-relevant online courses and certifications.
    • Ensure alignment of course content with industry standards.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure academic rigor and learner outcomes.
  • Operations and Technology:
    • Ensure seamless delivery of training through LMS platforms and digital tools.
    • Oversee technical infrastructure and work with product/tech teams to enhance user experience.
    • Monitor course engagement, completion rates and learner satisfaction metrics.
  • Team & Culture Building:
    • Lead and mentor leadership across content, technology, sales and operations.
    • Build a performance-driven, learner-centric and innovation-oriented culture.
    • Champion diversity, inclusion and ethical education practices.
Requirements:
  • Entrepreneurial leadership with a passion for education and technology.
  • Strong network in the BFSI and corporate L&D space.
  • Ability to manage P&L, fundraising and board-level reporting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • A deep commitment to education, technology and continuous learning.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Masters Degree in Business / Finance / Education.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in EdTech, corporate training, BFSI or related industries.
  • Proven success in scaling online learning platforms or training businesses.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, emerging tech (AI, data science, fintech) and BFSI trends, and a strong grasp of online learning technologies, pedagogy and instructional design.
