The Role

This position creates and manages FIA's volunteer wing while supporting program operations. Based in Churu, with travel across districts, the Executive develops structured volunteer experiences, ensures alignment with program teams, and amplifies impact on the ground.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and manage the volunteer ecosystem to complement program operations.
  2. Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship.
  3. Design learning-oriented opportunities for volunteers to contribute meaningfully.
  4. Coordinate between volunteers and program teams to ensure smooth operations.
