Were Hiring Deputy Manager / Manager – Programs (Only Female Candidates)

Location: Narasapura Industrial Area, Kolar District, Karnataka

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver aerospace programs/projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer objectives.
  • Define and control operational baselines, including scope management, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and change control.
  • Identify and communicate risks, propose solutions, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
  • Act as the single point of contact for Project Managers/Programs and customers.
  • Manage program activities, track progress, monitor budgets, and ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Handle customer RFQ/RFI, provide quotes, and support engineering estimations and capital budgets.
  • Conduct readiness audits for new project launches and prepare business case analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, Nadcap, customer requirements).

Key Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
  • Experience in fixed-price contract execution and aerospace program management.
  • Proficiency in SAP (PP & MM) and financial/project performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with internal teams and customers.
  • Exposure to handling Greenfield Projects.

Qualifications

  • Education: B.E. (Mechanical / Aeronautical / Aerospace)
  • Experience: Minimum 14 years in aerospace industry

Job Highlights

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays Off)
  • Shift Timings: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
