Oracle EBS R12 Technical Support Role

This position involves delivering high-quality technical support for Oracle EBS R12, with a focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layers.

  • Required Skills:
    • Oracle EBS R12
    • SQL / PL/SQL
    • Oracle Forms & Reports
    • Oracle APEX

The successful candidate will be proficient in handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading. They will also have expertise in managing issue resolutions and handling custom enhancements independently.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of tech support experience in SCM modules
  • Relevant Module Experience Required
    • Order Management (OM)
    • Inventory (INV)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)

This is a remote position covering Pan India, requiring the candidate to have 7+ years of experience in the field.
