Mechanical BIM Modeler / Engineer Job Description

This is a job opportunity for a skilled Mechanical BIM Modeler / Engineer to join our organization. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models of mechanical systems using Autodesk Revit MEP.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Modeling and Detailing:
    • Create Revit-based models of mechanical duct & pipe services.
    • Prepare RCP layouts, shaft coordination drawings, section details (Pump Room & Mechanical rooms).
    • Produce Builder's Work Drawings (BW) including slab, core wall openings.
  • Project Coordination & Clash Management:
    • Participate in clash coordination for Architectural, Structural, and MEPF trades.
    • Use Navisworks/BIM Track/Revizto/BIM 360 for clash resolution and tracking.
  • Documentation & Deliverables:
    • Develop Mechanical drawings and documentation across project phases.
    • Prepare fabrication models, spool drawings, and shop drawings.
    • Perform QA/QC checks for models, families, and drawings.
  • Quantity Take-off & BOQ:
    • Perform BIM-based quantity take-offs for Mechanical items and services.
    • Support in the preparation of BOQs and procurement documentation.
    • Experience Requirements:
    • Years of Experience:
    • 1 to 4 years in BIM Modeling (Mechanical).
    • Project Experience:
    • Must have worked on international projects (US/UK/Middle East, APAC etc.).
    • Sector Exposure:
    • Residential Commercial Institutional (schools, colleges, hospitals) Transportation (airports, metro) Data Center
    • Benefits:
