Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and drive sales and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of Sales Target of sales personnel and channel partners in allotted territory.
- Monitor the working of sales personnel and channel partners under the branch and provide support where required.
- Apprise the Regional/Zonal Manager of the training needs of sales personnel and channel partners monthly.
- Follow up the ongoing prospects and Passive orders on monthly basis in the assigned territory.
- Ensure that the projections given by the sales personnel and channel partners are achieved monthly.
- Review the deviations and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper timely completion of orders executed.
- Conduct regular meetings with channel partners teams.
- Review the working of sales team under branch and give reply to the observation of analysis.
- Ensure the timely flow of information of critical issues being handled at branch level on monthly basis.
- Ensure submission of weekly reports to Senior Management.
- Conduct the branch monthly meeting and send the report in the stipulated time frame.
- Identify and prioritize critical/important/pending service jobs for better customer satisfaction if necessary combined customer visit.
- Monitor branch administrative activities and take corrective actions as and when required with necessary consultation with the concerned.
- Liaison with existing customers in the assigned territory.
- Any special assignment assigned by the reporting officer must be completed within a timeframe.
- Monthly review of the service target/achievement/shortfall and necessary action plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Medical Equipment industry.
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership roles with a proven track record.
- Strong ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a sales and retention team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering superior service.
- In-depth knowledge of medical equipment and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
