We're a fast-growing business that creates innovative SaaS solutions to tackle real-world challenges. As we prepare for launch, we're seeking an experienced and strategic Product Launch Manager who can effectively introduce our products to the market.

Job Overview:

The Product Launch Manager will lead and execute the strategy to successfully launch our SaaS products. This individual will collaborate across product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive alignment, define messaging, establish positioning, and ensure data-informed execution from ideation to launch and beyond.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Market & Customer Insight: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes, ensuring strategies are grounded in actionable insights.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and own a comprehensive product launch roadmap, detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, and KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate launch plans and streamline execution.
  • Launch & Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns (digital, advertising, events), drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize product launch effectiveness.
  • Customer & Competitive Insights: Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine strategy, messaging, and product enhancements.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product launch, product marketing, or related strategic roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of product launch frameworks: positioning, messaging, ICPs, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
  • Experience running cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms.
