Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Introduction Manager to lead the successful launch of our new products.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with experience in overseeing multiple projects from concept to market launch.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing.

The manager must have a deep understanding of product development, particularly in appliance development, and knowledge of plastic parts, filtration technologies, electronics integration, pumps/valves, and assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning timelines, cost targets, and quality metrics for product launches.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product introduction.
  • Developing and refining product introduction processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong program management skills with experience in product launches.
  • Deep understanding of appliance product development.
  • Knowledge of plastic parts, filtration technologies, electronics integration, pumps/valves, and assembly processes.
  • Experience in DFMA, validation testing, regulatory certifications (ROHS, ISI, BIS, NSF, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
