**Job Title:** Lead Team Member**Job Description:**

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day activities and ensure seamless operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow a team of Localization Coordinators.

You will lead by example, setting clear objectives and ensuring each team member is aligned with the team's vision. Communication is crucial in this role; you will regularly communicate expectations, goals, and feedback to the group, resolving any concerns or issues proactively.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in the media industry. You will work closely with the Translator Support team to report linguist pool health and plan for capacity for rare languages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising Localization Coordinators
  • Setting clear objectives and aligning team members with the team's vision
  • Communicating expectations, goals, and feedback to the group
  • Liaising with the Translator Support team
  • Facilitating discussions and finding solutions for conflicts

You will also be responsible for driving HR processes and policies within the team, backing managers as needed on certain team responsibilities.

In addition to your leadership skills, you should have a graduate degree and an excellent command of the English language. Good time management skills and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
