Webflow Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Webflow developer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing group, you will be responsible for creating high-quality web experiences that drive results.

This role involves working closely with our marketing team to design and develop engaging online experiences for our leads and customers. You will also be responsible for monitoring site performance, running regular audits, and providing directional suggestions to the team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits to ensure optimal results.
  • Measure conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning.
  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Research the latest trends and stay up-to-date on industry innovations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience: Working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise: Web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design. Ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency across web spaces.
  • Design Tools: Experience with Figma and other design software.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social/external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts).
  • Coding Skills: Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Automation Experience: Working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Layout Expertise: Responsive layouts and exceptional technical problem-solving skills.
  • Portfolio: Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development, focusing on brand and marketing sites.
