About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality web experiences that drive conversion goals, improve page performance, and enhance responsive design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create innovative web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor website performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to measure conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and other key metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop interactive concepts in Webflow using your expertise and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma and proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying up-to-date with ever-changing trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media tracking.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
