Job Opportunity: Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and driving projects from concept to delivery.

  • The Development Lead will oversee the implementation of daily product roadmaps, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • They will provide exceptional support to existing clients, addressing bug fixes and client enhancements efficiently.
  • Responsibilities also include assisting clients in adopting our LG API, Lens, and Scoring framework, facilitating effective integration with their IT and business teams.
  • The successful candidate will manage vendor interactions and dependencies, fostering strong relationships.
  • Additionally, they will collaborate with the Business Development team to set up POCs with lead clients, driving business growth.
  • The Development Lead will plan resources based on priority and requirements, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • They will work closely with Product Managers to develop functional requirement documents for new enhancements.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience managing a team of tech developers, QA engineers, and support staff.
  • Success in dealing with clients' technical teams for integration and adoption of our products.
  • Able to work effectively with diverse teams, from junior to experienced members.
  • Deep understanding of product development life cycles.
  • Experience working with cloud-based applications (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.).
  • Product design background in BFSI sector is a plus.
