Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to drive the development and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Development:
    • Design, develop, and deploy AI-based automation solutions to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
    • Implement algorithms and models to optimize the performance and accuracy of self-service applications.
    • Ensure scalability and reliability of AI solutions in production environments.
  • Research and Innovation:
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies through research and analysis.
    • Experiment with new techniques and methodologies to improve the capabilities of conversational bots.
    • Publish findings and contribute to the AI community through papers, presentations, and conferences.
  • Automation Development:
    • Identify opportunities for automating business processes using AI.
    • Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention.
  • Integration and Management:
    • Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
    • Ensure seamless deployment of AI tools across various functions and business units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on Gen-AI and LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud AI platforms like GCP & Azure.
  • Knowledge of ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting Algorithm, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction / Engineering, Anomaly Detection, Natural Language Processing (including Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling), Natural Language Generation.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
  • Exposure to frameworks from LangChain.
  • Experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
