Job Title: Head Quality – Project
We are hiring a Head Quality Project for our esteemed client in the Oil & Gas Industry. This is a high-profile position that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in quality assurance and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Business Partners and Consultants to implement QC initiatives in project areas, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
- Develop and review Quality Assurance Plans for all projects, aligning with industry best practices and international standards.
- Coordinate with Business Partners/Suppliers to conduct Factory tests and field Quality inspections throughout project duration.
- Implement quality and monitoring systems, including MIS, NCR, and documentation protocols.
- Ensure availability of high-quality machinery/equipment at project sites, ensuring timely project completion with superior erection/installation standards.
- Oversee quality aspects of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Architectural, and refractory lining tasks.
- Maintain effective coordination with Owner's Engineers, Contractors, and Area Owners to address contract execution challenges while upholding quality and schedule commitments.
- Conduct quality review meetings, generate NCR reports, and ensure compliance with NCR requirements.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- BTech/BE degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience as Site Quality Control Manager or equivalent in large industrial projects.
- Essential experience in quality assurance and project execution.
- Thorough understanding of construction and Quality Control Manager responsibilities.
- Preferred familiarity with Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Fire Protection Systems.
