We're looking for **Telecaller cum Counsellors** to join our dynamic team and help guide students on their educational journey. If you’re a skilled communicator with a passion for helping students make informed decisions, we want you on our team

**Location**: Korba, Chhattisgarh
**Position**: Telecaller cum Counsellor
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective students and parents over calls, providing information on courses and programs
- Counsel students on exam preparation strategies and guide them through the enrollment process
- Address queries, concerns, and follow up on potential leads
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and counsel students effectively
- Experience in telecalling or counseling roles is a plus (freshers are welcome)
