Job Summary:
">Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a high-performing investment team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
">About the Role:
">- Provide on-site support to a team of 4 investment professionals and coordinate remote work for up to 4 executives.">
- Manage calendars, schedules, and administrative tasks for senior executives with discretion and professionalism.">
Responsibilities:
">- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and manage calendar events for senior executives.">
- Oversee confidential information with discretion and professionalism.">
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.">
Requirements:
">- 3-5 years of executive support experience in multinational companies.">
- Prior experience with client/customer interaction is ideal.">
- Professional proficiency in English is required.">
