A seasoned finance professional to oversee the end-to-end accounting and financial close processes for an organization.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in accounting software, financial modeling, and strong analytical skills.

  • Accounting & Reporting

Accounting Process Leadership:

Lead the completion of accurate and timely monthly financial close ensuring compliance with GAAP (Ind-AS) and company policies.

Ensure proper support and reconciliation of financial accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify aging and implement suitable actions.

Prepare the organization for statutory & tax audits, financial due diligence, and Interim Audits.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis

Financial Planning & Analysis Support:

Support specific Business Units with end-to-end finance operational support.

Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for the respective BU.

Provide timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of results to drive strategic decision-making.

Act as a single source of truth for numbers – key financial metrics and performance drivers.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Interfunctional Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors.

  • Other Activities/Initiatives

Promising Opportunities:

Candidate preferred with knowledge of Nodal Account, Payment Gateway Reconciliations, E-Commerce transactions, start-up experience, and scaling up through funding efforts.

Essential Skills:

  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, accounting and reporting software.
  • Advanced expertise in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel (Pivots, Lookup, Conditional Functions, Power BI).
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • High-energy with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • CA / CMA/ CA Inter
