Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage the financial operations for our US headquarters and Indian subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Bookkeeping and Accounting Entries: Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting entries (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations) ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards, US GAAP, and internal policies.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Support in Transfer Pricing Compliance: Assist in transfer pricing compliance and related documentation.
  • Cross-Border Payments: Handle cross-border payments, FEMA compliance, and banking liaison.
  • Company Expenses: Record, monitor, and clear all company expenses while ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.
Mandatory Compliance:
  • Statutory Requirements: Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements including TDS, GST, PF, PT, and other applicable laws.
  • Reporting: Prepare and file all necessary returns and reports on time.
Procurement and Sales:
  • Purchase Orders: Create and manage PO's and SO's ensuring accuracy and completeness of all orders.
  • Process Streamlining: Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to streamline processes.
Audit & Reporting:
  • Statutory Audits: Support statutory and internal audits.
  • MIS Reports: Assist in MIS reports for management on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Professional Qualification: Professional qualification preferred: CA Inter
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
