Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Summary:

This is a critical position that requires a seasoned Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to ensure the quality and reliability of AI-driven products.

You will play a vital role in designing and implementing advanced testing strategies, developing and maintaining automated test frameworks, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, as well as experience with performance/concurrency testing tools like JMeter or LoadNinja.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, focusing on both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure high coverage and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand workflows and apply rigorous testing methodologies.
  • Implement data-driven testing approaches for data-intensive products.

Key Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Selenium, Python/Java, TestNG, and Cucumber.
  • Strong understanding of manual and automated testing concepts.
  • Experience with API testing and API automation.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
