Job Role

Drive business growth through client acquisition, partnerships and strategic planning. Focus on building strong relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers.

  • Identify new clients for staffing, contract hiring and payroll outsourcing services.
  • Build long-term relationships with HR Heads, CHROs and senior decision-makers.
  • Develop business strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals and client presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and SLAs with clients.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Key Requirements
  • Strong communication, negotiation and client acquisition skills.
  • Knowledge of staffing models, payroll management and HR outsourcing.
  • Ability to prepare business proposals and present value propositions.
  • Proven track record in achieving business targets.
  • Strategic thinker with networking and market research abilities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or HR.
  • 5-10 years experience in Business Development (minimum 3 years in staffing/recruitment/payroll services).
  • Exposure to contract staffing and payroll outsourcing is mandatory.
