Job Description:

As an AI Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects for various AI products within a team portfolio.

You will work closely with engineering teams to comprehend technical issues, contribute to solution design, and ensure effective implementation.

Proactively track project progress, identify and manage risks, and provide clear and concise status reports to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.

This role requires a strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and AI concepts.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within an Agile development environment and hands-on experience with ServiceNow or any IT service ticket management system.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical issues and ensure effective implementation.
  • Proactively track project progress and identify and manage risks.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects.
  • Proven experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or any IT service ticket management system.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and AI concepts.
