Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this position should have strong analytical skills and experience in financial processes. They should be able to analyze data from different sectors, maintain and update accounting records, and manage cost centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial transactions and ensure systematic control and logging.
  • Process journal entries, process financial accounting transactions into the general ledger, and collect, record, verify, and reconcile financial data.
  • Maintain and update accounting records and manage cost centers.
  • Record and control physical records and financial activities related to fixed assets for book and tax purposes.
  • Prepare financial and ad hoc reports and analyses.
  • Monitor and track periodic revenue and expenses.
  • Track POs and invoices.
  • Post bank statements on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and post journal entries that include accruals, re-classes, adjustments, payroll, and clearing entries as per time lines.
  • Perform month-end close activities as per the agreed close calendar with stakeholders.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
  • Prepare cash flow statements.
  • Review and reconcile balance sheets.
  • Manage quarterly inter-company processes and ensure variations are within threshold limits.
  • Process addition, disposal, or retirement requests received for fixed assets.
  • Prepare statutory analysis to support monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts as per organization policies and provide variance analysis as per frequency.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education.
  • Non-technical graduation in any stream (B.COM, M.COM, or similar).
  • Flexible with night shifts and rotation shifts.
  • Should carry two photocopies of Aadhar/PAN.
  • Candidates must have registered EPs.
  • It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of application form during the drive.
