Job Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and be well-versed in SAP software.

  • Responsibilities include preparing daily, monthly MIS, and financial statements as required by management.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and support annual audits for domestic and international companies.
  • Ensure tax compliance and complete relevant filings for both Indian and foreign entities.
  • Support transfer pricing compliance for both Indian and foreign companies.
  • Ensure completion of all regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Handle statutory, tax, and internal audits with ease.
  • Perform month-end close transactions and reconcile financial and operational reports.
  • Develop annual budgets, including capital expenditures.
  • Build strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and consultants worldwide.
  • Familiarize yourself with regulatory reporting, accounting operations, and tax accounting principles.
  • Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements according to industry standards.
  • Liaise with consultants, regulators, and industry experts.
  • Prepare historical restated financial statements for regulatory submissions.
  • Develop knowledge of Companies Act and other relevant laws.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity is expected.
