Medtech R&D Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Medtech R&D Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have experience in medical device QMS processes, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance. They will be responsible for driving compliance activities, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, and representing the company to external agencies.
- Create a quality culture by driving compliance activities around specific products or regions.
- Experience in medical device QMS processes, including quality metrics, reporting, and operating mechanisms.
- Ability to organize and lead successful QMS processes at a medical device facility.
- Communicate complex messages and negotiate with others to adopt different perspectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in establishing design quality control, assurance, and regulatory affairs teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information in English (written and oral).
