Research and Development Professional

The organization is seeking skilled individuals to join the Research and Development team as R&D Engineers in various disciplines including Design Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Software Engineering.

About the Role:

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced professionals who can work effectively in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality activities, developing lab infrastructure, new products, installed base, and advanced technology developments.

  • Create a quality culture by driving compliance activities around specific products, sites, or regions.
  • Develop comprehensive procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, worksheets, and other product and process-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • R&D - Design Quality:

    • Develop comprehensive procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, worksheets, and other product and process-related documentation.
  • R&D - Mechanical Engineering:
    • Opportunity to work from scratch, responsible for development of lab infrastructure, new products, installed base, and advanced technology developments.
    • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with other functional areas that would help in building products.
  • R&D - Electrical & Electronics Engineering:
    • Lead/contribute to electrical & electronics technical solutions and products.
    • Expertise in India & global medical devices design controls, quality management system, standards & regulations.
  • R&D - Software Engineering:
    • Execute on the organization's strategy, providing clearly defined success criteria and levels of accountability for individuals in the team.
    • Consistently delivers high-quality software at a sustainable speed, maintaining an advanced level of software craftsmanship.
  • R&D - Systems Engineering:
    • Being a technical, hands-on subject matter expert in the field of systems engineering.
    • Audit support for products for various regulatory agencies (CDSCO/FDA/CE/etc).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Design Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Software Engineering.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in establishing design quality control, assurance, regulatory affairs teams, and competence development within a regulated industry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in English (both written and oral).
  • Professional experience in hands-on project, 5+ years in people leadership within a product development or research development environment.
